Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate, Cocoa Powder (Dutch Process), Natural & Artificial Flavors, Taurine, Lecithin, Glutamine Peptides, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Digestive Enzymes (Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Lactase, Lipase).

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, use one scoop between meals and post workout. Mixes easily, but for best results use a blender. May be mixed with 4-8 ounces of fruit, ice or your favorite beverage. May also be used in pancake, muffin or waffle mix.

The tryptophan in the product is naturally occuring.
