I have used this product for years and add it to my oatmeal instead of sweetener. I also substitute 1/2 of the flour in pancakes and waffles for this protein. The same with certain cookies, etc... the flavor is great and it adds protein to otherwise high carb foods. I probably go through 5 tubs a year. Highly recommend for anyone that trains and likes to cook!

Recommended Use: As a food supplement, use one or two scoops per day, between meals and post workout. Mixes easily, but for best results use a blender. May be mixed with fruit, ice and your favorite beverage. May also be used in pancake, muffin or waffle mix.
